Can my guests book and pay on my website?
Yes, with the payment methods you switch on: CMI, Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on arrival with a deposit. Payments go straight to your own accounts. With no payment switched on, the guest sends a request that you confirm or decline.
How does the police form work?
For every adult guest, Hosteo generates an individual form ready to print, in French, English and Arabic, from the details entered by the guest and checked by you.
What happens to the ID photos?
They are stored in your login-protected workspace and deleted automatically after the stay, after a delay you set (90 days by default).
Do I need my own website?
No: Hosteo generates your site from your rooms, photos and prices, on a hosteo.ma address or your own domain.
My staff aren’t very comfortable with computers. Is that a problem?
Hosteo runs in the browser, on desktop and phone. Each person gets access that fits their role, and on-site training is available as an option.
Can I take deposits?
Yes: an online deposit (50% by default, adjustable) secures a booking for cash on arrival. Payments go straight to your own accounts.
