The journey
2009 · CAP CONNECT
An Al Akhawayn University graduate, Mohammed Bounda founded CAP CONNECT, today one of the top 5 web hosting companies in Morocco. The company also builds tailor-made digital solutions, with one belief: good software always starts from a real need, observed in the field.
2016 · Hospitality
Mohammed moved into hospitality: welcoming guests, managing properties and teams. And learning from the inside what the job demands every day: arrivals at any hour, calendars across platforms, housekeeping to coordinate, paperwork to get right.
2020 · IMMOBILIUS
That experience became IMMOBILIUS. The business grew, and so did the spreadsheets: one for bookings, one for housekeeping, one for payments, plus the Airbnb and Booking.com calendars, WhatsApp and paper police forms. Every new unit meant more data entry and more room for mistakes.
2025 · Restinia
IMMOBILIUS drew on CAP CONNECT’s expertise to build Restinia: one place for bookings, platform sync, messages, guest registration and police forms, housekeeping, maintenance and payments. Spreadsheets gave way to automation; adding a unit became a formality.
Today · Hosteo
The problems IMMOBILIUS solved are familiar to every hospitality professional in Morocco. So we turned that experience into a platform open to everyone: Hosteo. Same approach, same automation, for any team, from the very first unit.
