Does Hosteo replace my channel manager?
Yes. The channel manager is built in: it sends your availability and prices to Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo, and imports bookings and cancellations into your timeline.
How do I avoid double bookings between Airbnb and Booking.com?
Every booking feeds the same calendar and Hosteo stops you booking a unit that is already taken on the same dates. Availability is sent back to the platforms.
Can I manage apartments for several owners?
Yes: one workspace can hold several properties, each with its own units, expenses and results.
Does my cleaning team need a computer?
No. Housekeeping is followed on a phone, with a “my tasks” view for each person and nothing to install.
Is it suitable if I only have a few apartments?
Yes. The Essentiel plan is a flat fee for up to 5 units, with a 30-day free trial.
What happens if I go past 5 units?
You move to the Pro plan, priced per unit: from 6 to 40 units, with unlimited users.
