The Essential plan is a flat 390 MAD per month for up to 5 units. From 6 units the Pro plan applies: 79 MAD per unit per month, with a minimum of 6 units (474 MAD per month), up to 40 units. Beyond that, the Group plan is priced on quote.
Essential suits a small start with 3 users. Pro adds the unified inbox with WhatsApp, finance and expenses, unlimited users and priority support. Group is for operations with more than 40 units and for those managing several companies.
Yes, any time. Upgrading to Pro is immediate; the difference is prorated on the next invoice.
No. A deactivated unit isn’t billed: you only pay for the active units each month.
Guided onboarding costs 1,500 MAD, one-off: import of your units, guests and upcoming reservations, and setup of the roles. It is free with a yearly Pro plan and included in the Group plan. On-site training is available as an option, at 2,500 MAD per half day.
Yes: 30 days, with no credit card. At the end your workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan, and your data is kept.
