Does Hosteo suit a hotel?
Yes, for hotels up to about forty units with the Pro plan. Beyond that, our Group plan fits several properties.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Hosteo runs in the browser, on desktop, tablet and phone: there is nothing to download.
How is city tax handled?
Hosteo calculates it per adult per night from the amount you set, adds it to the booking and tracks its collection. You can switch it off if it doesn’t apply to you.
Is my data safe?
Each company has a fully isolated workspace. Encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords and rights per role. Data is backed up automatically, and the encrypted backups are kept off the main server.
Does Hosteo replace all my current software?
Hosteo brings together bookings, the channel manager, registration, the police form, housekeeping, maintenance, messaging and finance. Importing your upcoming bookings is included in the onboarding support.
How many rooms can I manage?
Up to about forty units with the Pro plan. Beyond that, the Group plan, on quote.
Can I manage several hotels?
